ALIGN
This six-session Cloister group provides space for you as a clergy member to step back and get the big picture on how your current ministry context aligns with your unique calling to spiritual leadership. Each session is 90 minutes. The group will spend 30 minutes learning new content. The next hour will be spent in individual and group processing where you will integrate the content into your particular vocational setting.
There are only six openings available for this group. It is intentionally small in order to maximize each person's participation in the process.
