I am thrilled to write this review for Todd Leonard, a truly remarkable mental health counselor and coach. From our very first time meeting Todd, it was clear that he possesses a rare blend of wisdom, kindness, and compassion that creates a safe and nurturing environment. Todd has an incredible ability to hold space for grief, allowing clients to express their emotions without fear of judgment. One of his greatest strengths is being an exceptional listener. Todd genuinely sees and hears you, making you feel understood and validated. This unique ability fosters a sense of connection that is often hard to find. With a warm sense of humor, he knows how to uplift spirits, even on the toughest days, reminding clients that joy is still possible amidst challenges. In my experience, Todd is particularly attuned to the needs of the LGBTQIA community, advocating fiercely and creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. He demonstrates a profound care for individuals facing illness, such as those undergoing treatment for leukemia. During my own journey with chemo, he took the time to listen and provide support, bringing light and encouragement during some of my darkest moments. Some of the lighter moments of laughter was shared with Todd during my battle with cancer. Todd Leonard walks a path of love and compassion, making it clear that no one has to navigate their struggles alone. He is not just a counselor but a true companion on life's journey. I highly recommend Todd to anyone seeking guidance and supporthe will undoubtedly make a meaningful impact on your life.

I'm deeply thankful to have Todds presence in my life. He is a man of tremendous character--one of those people who listens not in order to formulate a response but to first truly receive your words. Those I hold dear come from a wide variety of spiritual perspectives and paths, and a wider variety of life experiences still. I'd encourage every single one of them to spend time with someone like Todd. There is no one who would not be welcome in Todd's office. His rich, hard-earned spiritual foundation leads him to live and practice in such a way that honors the worth of every person. As a specialist and a friend, Todd was able to provide me some rest amidst some dark and difficult chapters of life. He walked with me as a companion in my struggles with depression, substance abuse, identity and the spiritual journey, just to highlight a few areas. Todd earns my total and wholehearted recommendation.

Todd, honestly, is one of the most amazing people you will ever have the opportunity to interact with. This man knows his stuff. During a difficult moment in my marital life, Todd took the time to help my husband and I through our difficulties. He was ever patient, welcoming, nonjudgmental, and a breath of fresh air. Thank You, Todd!

I was raised a Seventh-day Adventist and left the church when I was 18 because I discovered I was gay. I lived with guilt for many years. When I was 45, I returned to Christ, and decided to search for an Adventist pastor who could help me find resolve. After a few failed attempts, someone told me to talk to Todd Leonard. He let me meet with him quite a few times, and is the only one I have ever believed...that God loves me and created me as I am. I am forever grateful.
